Khloé Kardashian discloses the secret to decrease the stress level; that she works herself out when she’s depressed. In answer to a query on her stress management, the 39-year-old reality star referred to working out as “therapy” during a Snapchat Q&A session that Page Six captured and posted.
She remarked, “My therapy is working out; it’s the best way for me to deal with stress.” “It keeps me focused, it maintains my mental and physical strength” she continued.
The television personality has always been outspoken about her passion for fitness and has given people tips on how to start an exercise regimen.
Kardashian suggested on social media in 2020 to create “small, realistic goals” for themselves and treat themselves to a reward when they are met. She wrote at the time, “You have tomorrow to start again if you mess up.”
Kardashian’s transparency on her stress management technique coincides with the 25-game suspension of NBA player Tristan Thompson, her ex-boyfriend and the father of her two children, for breaking the league’s drug policy, which was announced just a few days prior.

Tatum, who is 18 months old, and True, five years old, are the children that Kardashian and Thompson share.
The couple’s relationship has been on-again, off-again, but she recently revealed to a magazine that she makes an effort to maintain a healthy connection with Thompson in order to “protect” her children.
