Performers Kylie Minogue and Lainey Wilson will grace the People’s Choice Awards platform in this year’s edition!
The Grammy Awards confirmed that Minogue, 55, and Wilson, 31, will perform at the ceremony on February 18, which will be hosted by actress Simu Liu, following their success following last week’s program.
After winning her first Grammy 20 years ago, the singer of “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” won her recognition for best pop dance recording with her summer mega-hit “Padam Padam” on Sunday. She became the only female singer to have an album debut at No. 1 in five separate decades on the UK charts with her album Tension in 2023.
The pop star, whose career has seen her sell over 80 million records, credited her gay fan base for her longevity. “I would like to express my gratitude for sticking by me for some time and faded,” she said to Laverne Cox, host of E!’s Live from the Red Carpet at the Grammy Awards. “We experience the highs, lows, and everything in between, and it seems as the beginning of a new chapter knowing that we have each other’s backs.”
Wilson has established herself as a cornerstone of country music with an equally successful year. At the 2023 CMA Awards, she was crowned artist of the year; her fourth album Bell Bottom Country won best country album at the Grammy Awards.
Wilson has more than justified her PCA nominations for female country artist of the year with over 700 million streams and four No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart.
The “Watermelon Moonshine” singer told PEOPLE while walking the red carpet at the Grammy Awards, “I’ve been preparing for the race and I finally entered it and now I’m running it.” “I’m right where I’m intended to be.”

Furthermore, Grammy-winning musician Lenny Kravitz will accept the Music Icon Award and perform several song-several celebrated catalogues. The People’s Icon Award, which has previously gone to celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Halle Berry, will be presented to comedian and actor Adam Sandler in celebration.
The 2024 People’s Choice Awards will be broadcast live on NBC, Peacock, and E! on February 18 at 8 p.m. ET from Santa Barbara’s Barker Hangar.
