Alexis Bellino is back to “The Real Housewives of Orange County!” Grab your Alexis Couture! According to a source close to production, the 46-year-old mother of three, who debuted as an Orange County Housewife in season 5, will return for season 18 as a Friend of the Housewives. The news was initially published by TMZ.
Bravo has not given any confirmation or statement on the casting process, and when PEOPLE asked for comment, a spokesman for Bellino did not get back to them right away. Nevertheless, an additional insider tells PEOPLE that Bellino’s ties to the ensemble have made her comeback simple, even after more than ten years away.
As per the source, Alexis is feeling enthusiastic and rejuvenated about being back in the rhythm of things. “She has authentic relationships with many of the girls, so it feels entirely organic to be interacting with friends.”
Filming for the upcoming season began earlier this month in the well-liked coastal city of California. Tamra Judge, Heather Dubrow, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Jennifer Pedranti have all been called back for more runs.
The season’s most notable cast member, Taylor Armstrong, declared in November that she would not be returning to the show.
Shannon Hurricanes Beador is also back full-time, although this season will be difficult for him. Judge has disclosed that not only do Bellino and Beador no longer get along, but Bellino is currently seeing John Janssen, Beador’s ex-boyfriend.

Janssen, 61, will be remembered by fans for his tenure on RHOC. It’s unknown if Janssen and Bellino who departed RHOC in 2013 after season 8 and returned as a guest in season 14 will be filming together this season.
