Addison Rae makes her career in the music industry

Addison Rae is making her all efforts to shine in the music industry.

Rae’s social media followers have been enjoying her four-song debut EP, which she launched last year. They are eager to hear more from her. Rae is a 23-year-old singer, dancer, and social media star.

“It’s a pleasure and extremely thrilling, satisfying, and rewarding, and I think it’s always so pleasant to just release something,” Rae says to PEOPLE on her AR EP in an interview concerning her appearance in Nerds’ inaugural Super Bowl ad.

The artist remained silent on the music front after releasing her debut single “Obsessed” in 2021. However, the following year, many of her recordings were discovered online.

“To this day, I am still left with no idea how that occurred but things happen for a particular reason,” Rae adds of the leaks. “After the songs surfaced online, for which I have no clue, but later I thought, ‘Oh, I wish there was a way that I could have these out.'”

Demo versions of songs like “I Got It Bad” and “2 Die 4” went viral online and even made an appearance during DJ sets at nightclubs as fans awaited an official release.

Rae is unsure if Lady Gaga has heard her rendition since it was made public. “I adore Lady Gaga”. She claims, “She’s always been such an innovator in pop and experimenting. If she heard it, that would be great to know. It would be fascinating to learn her opinion because it differs greatly from hers”.

Rae’s fans will be pleased to hear that she is recording new music, even though she has not revealed its release date yet. The Thanksgiving star hints, “I’m always in the studio, so we’ll see what happens.” She might first only perform a handful of the AR tunes live: “I want to bring them all to life.”
