2024 People's Choice Awards, Stray Kids and BTS' Jungbook

The 2024 People’s Choice Awards were held on February 18, and both budding stars Stray Kids and K-pop sensation BTS made history that night by gaining a victory in their respective categories and establishing their supremacy in the world of music.

At the awards presentation, BTS’s Jungkook who is sometimes referred to as the group’s “Golden Maknae” due to his diverse skill set won the award under the category “Male Artist of the Year”. Fans who have watched Jungkook’s incredible climb to fame as a solo artist, exhibiting his remarkable voice and compelling performances, are not surprised by this acknowledgment.

Having been nominated in four different categories that includes, Pop Artist of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, New Artist of the Year, and Collaboration Song of the Year for his explosive song “Seven” with Latto. Jungkook’s victory is proof of his enormous appeal to a worldwide audience.

In the meantime, the dynamic ensemble Stray Kids known for their inventive music and stirring performances celebrated an incredible victory by winning the ensemble/Duo of the Year title. On their official social media page, Stray Kids posted a heartfelt message of gratitude declaring, “We’re honored to receive Group/Duo of the Year at the People’s Choice Awards 2024! Thank you for this priceless honor, STAY”.

Stray Kids, who are among the most promising groups in the business, never fail to enthral audiences with their contagious enthusiasm and innovative music. The awards night was quite thrilling and entertaining as many of the renowned personalities took the trophy home. 

Barbie movie won many prizes, and pop singer Taylor Swift also bagged the awards but she could not attend the award night due to her Eras Tour. Enthralling performances and the fashion icons set the fire on the red carpet.
