Trailer of “Halo’ Season 2 is out; Reveals some Dark Space and Return of Pablo Schreiber

Halo Season 2

The official teaser for the second season of Halo, which stars Pablo Schreiber portraying his role as Master Chief John-117 was unveiled by Paramount+. In this, he is seen leading a group of elite Spartans against the Covenant, an alien.

The surprise is that showrunner “David Wiener” is returning for the upcoming season, replacing Steven Kane, who managed first season physical production in Budapest and Kyle Killen who has fulfilled the responsibility of writing and production in the US.

Though the trailer looks a little dark and hazy, the new clip features a lot of space action.

First trailer for the season two cast include; Wiener, Schreiber, São Paulo and recently added cast member Joseph Morgan. They showed the first fresh clip for season two at CCXP São Paulo, Brazil in December.

Here’s the little description of season two to ignite the curiosity in audience, “In the wake of a shocking event on a desolate planet, John cannot shake the feeling that his war is about to change and risks everything to prove what no one else will believe that the Covenant is preparing to attack humanity’s greatest stronghold. With the galaxy on the brink, John embarks on a journey to find the key to humankind’s salvation, or its extinction: the Halo.”

In 2001, the first series aired with the launch of Xbox’s first Halo game which was marketed as a blockbuster franchise.

In season two we spotted some new additions in the cast, Joseph Morgan seen in Vampire Diaries, Cristina Rodlo starred in No One Gets Out of Here Alive and Christina Bennington from Midsomer Murders. The old cast members were; Natascha McElhone, Jen Taylor, Bokeem Woodbine, Shabana Azmi, Natasha Culzac, Olive Gray, Yerin Ha, Bentley Kalu, Kate Kennedy, Charlie Murphy and Danny Sapani.

The first two episodes will be aired on Paramount+ on February 8. Get ready to watch season two of your favorite series.
