Megan Fox is responding to those who raised criticism of her appearance over the Super Bowl weekend in 2024. The 37-year-old Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen actress shared pictures of herself and rapper Machine Gun Kelly on Wednesday, showing the couple posing with Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. She also posted another picture taken that same evening.
The photos were captured at Zouk nightclub at Resorts World Las Vegas after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Joe Oravec, a Chiefs fan, shared them for the first time on Tuesday.
Following the photographs’ release, multiple critics focused on Fox’s facial features, claiming the actor had plastic surgery. “Dude, look at how different I am”, The Expendables singer stated in her Instagram caption, “don’t look at all.”
She went on, “It turns out it was just a dark cell phone photo of me looking like a blow-up doll from Ukraine.” She added further, “In actuality, I resemble one of those incredibly costly silicone real sex dolls that are exclusive to Japan.”
In a conversation for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2023 edition last summer, Fox disclosed that she is not confident about her looks due to some reasons.
“I suffer from body dysmorphia. I hardly ever see myself the way those around me perceive me,” she stated. She expressed, “There’s ever an instance in my life where I loved my body, never, ever.” Fox continued by saying that developing self-love is a “never-ending” process.
