On Sunday night, the 2024 NBA All-Star game is the main event. The elite players in the NBA will compete in the classic East versus West matchup. There will be a ton of interesting gigs in the game.
There are already many performances and entertainment showcases throughout Indianapolis for the weekend event. EGOT winner Jennifer Hudson will do a little performance during Sunday’s All-Star halftime. The remarkable performer is the youngest female to ever win the EGOT and has won Tony, Emmy, and Oscar accolades.
Before the game, Babyface, an Indianapolis native and 13-time Grammy winner, will perform the US national anthem. Prior to the US performance, recording artist Charlotte Cardin will perform the Canadian national anthem, “O Canada.”
Before Sunday’s game, rapper and hip-hop icon Lil’ Wayne will do a performance outside the arena. The five-time Grammy winner will perform songs from his illustrious hit list.
The highlights of Sunday night’s entertainment will be these performers. Many more musicians have previously performed this weekend in Indianapolis. Over the weekend, there was an NBA Crossover, a fan experience event. There was entertainment for multiple days during the immersive event. The world-famous DJ Zedd put on an incredible set on Friday. Grammy Award winner T-Pain was among the performers during Friday’s NBA Crossover Concert Series. The event offered its fans a taste of the nation. Walker Hayes and Keith Urban gave a performance during the pregame ceremony on Saturday night before the All-Star game.
US national anthem, performed by Coco Jones, before the NBA HBCU showcase. She also performed “Lift Every Voice,” a black anthem. She sang the song with the Virginia Union University and Winston-Salem State University marching bands.The Brothers Footman sang the US national anthem prior to Friday’s NBA All-Star Rising Stars games.
