The haircare collection by Beyoncé is almost here! In a recently released teaser film, the 42-year-old megastar revealed the first glimpse of her new haircare line, Cécred, and revealed the date that fans were waiting for.
“Spiritual hair is sacred.” The place will be open for all on February 20,” Beyoncé captioned the clip, which was posted on her official website and Instagram on Tuesday.
The video clip opens with images of a group of ladies working in a hair salon projected onto a draped screen in a dimly lit room. The shop is called “Headliners Hair” in honor of the Houston business that Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles founded in 1990.
The video then pans back to the salon and shows pictures of ladies with various hair textures getting their hair shampooed and cleaned. A big neon sign inside the establishment reads, “Headliners La Mode Salon,” as the camera focuses on it.
Later footage shows Beyoncé looking directly at the camera while getting her hair washed in a salon. This is followed by another view of the Headliners hair salon, this time with staff and customers having a good conversation.
The throwback video shows Beyoncé as a little child waving at the camera beside her 70-year-old mother Tina closes the teaser. The name of the haircare brand displayed in white letters before cutting to black.
A second video with the singer talking more about her highly anticipated new brand was uploaded on the haircare line’s official Instagram page on Tuesday.

At the start of the video, Beyoncé is heard saying, “Obviously, I grew up in my mother’s hair salon.” Then, a montage of her followers talking about her haircare line is shown, followed by the brand’s logo flashing on screen. “Come along on my journey with my hair,” the mother of three adds.
“The tidings are accurate”. Cécred is about to arrive, “Please note 2.20.24 on your calendars,” the caption said.
